General handyman work is at a set hourly rate, plus all materials*. Seniors receive a 10% discount on labor.

If an additional helper is required to get the job done then an additional hourly fee will be added. Will advise first.

*The standard fee for picking up materials and all supplies necessary to complete the project. 
Upon agreement of scope of project. Will certainly be as efficient as possible.
